Ray Boisvert is the Provincial Security Advisor for Ontario. He was previously associate deputy minister in the Ontario Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services and director general for the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) Counter-Terrorism Program.
Alex Wilner is Assistant Professor at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University. He previously held a variety of positions at Policy Horizons Canada and the Munk School of Global Affairs at the University of Toronto. He has also worked with the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START) at the University of Maryland.
